Clemmer's luck can only go so far, I welcome him in a actual playoff series.
I hope the Devils don't look at Clemmer the way you and most other Devil fans do...he's still playing with a major chip on his shoulder against us, after we didn't let him play for years then threw him out after he won us the division. Not to mention the Panthers team will want to beat DeBoer as much as we ostensibly want to win for him.
Besides, he's a legitimate NHL goalie now. You can dismiss 2009 as luck, he's proven since then he's a solid backup and that wasn't a fluke. He's better than ****ing Boucher, Kevin Weekes, Damian Rhodes and Robert Esche, all of whom beat us in playoff series.

Clemmensen is good. He aint that good though. We gave Jaroslav Halak his worst save percentage of the year, have lit up Marc Andre, Lundqvist one game, have gotten goals past the best goaltenders. Bryz is the only one that's owned us. Just this season though. Clemmensen has owned us for years. If we can score 3 on Halak in less than a period and a half how can't we score 3 goals on 45 shots against Clemmensen?

Panthers are not going to be a pushover. They play us tough. I actually feel like we match up better with the Caps but it's whatever, don't care who we play now
Dineen is certifiable if he starts Theodore more than one loss against the Devils and I'm even surprised he's starting him in the series at this point, especially after sitting him tonight with the division on the line at home.
