Would really like to see Colorado take Nashville down tonight so that Detroit gets home ice advantage. Colorado is down a goal, but they're at home and it's their last game of the season... let's hope that's motivation enough for them to come back and take em down in regulation.

I dont think there is any way Detroit gets home ice. They needed to win. They have the same number of points as Nashville but Nashville has more ROW.

Regulation and overtime wins count when determining the wins tie breaker. Detroit has 39 ROW, Nashville has 42. Detroit has 1 more win via more shootout wins.

CBC saying Vancouver has to worry about St. Louis.. but wouldn't the Rangers get the President's Trophy if the Oilers win tonight regardless of the Blues?
