Agreed. Since his shoulder improved he's been one of the top effort and team guys they have. I'm hoping he regains some of his touch next year as well (assuming that shoulder surgery really takes a year to heal like most joint surgeries).
I was one of his bigger critics at the start of the year, I'll give him credit where it's due.

Honestly, even if a loss wasn't on the menu, I'd still be okay with what Beleskey did. We need more players standing up for their team.

3 classless Subbans.
I'll back it off to 2 if he mans up and fights Beleskey later.

No doubt, I'm fine with it as well, it's good to see.
I just find it retarded that people expect the Ducks players to go after the guy straight away when Calgary was on the attack is all.

If Parros was more like Beleskey, in that sense, I'd be happier to have him in the line-up.

Agreed. There is a time and a place -not- to do it.

Who cares about the timing at this stage? Its the last game of frustrating season, we got nothing to lose. Just throw some emotions out there for fans.

I just played the NHL simulated lottery. I played it one time. Anaheim won the lottery.
So yeah, I'm pretty good.

You mean like Beleskey did a couple of minutes later at a more appropriate time?

Good first period for those rooting for a loss.
I looked up player stats from Feb. 26 until now because Murray said some players (after the deadline) let him down, and this is what I found:
Bobby Ryan - 17 points
Ryan Getzlaf - 13
Teemu Selanne - 11
Corey Perry - 10
DSP - 7
Nick Bonino - 6 (all in last 8 games)
Saku Koivu - 5
Andrew Cogliano - 3
Niklas Hagman - 3
Jason Blake - 2

"The key there was Bobby Ryan keeps the meat moving".
Nice, Hazy. Nice.

I went to the swap meet today, but have the game on the DVR. Just starting the game. Good to see some ducks fans with signs of Teemu love.
Please don't leave us Teemu.

Before the deadline I was hoping we'd give Hagman an extension. After the deadline you needed a crystal ball to find the guy. I hope he has fun in the KHL.

Do you own a Bettman suit, and how do you feel about plastic surgery?

If you mean Batman, then yes.
Aside from that one Beleskey freak out, this has been another boring game.

Hagman might be a decent 4th liner on Detroit, but he doesn't fit the style of play for our 4th line.

Welcome to the NHL Mr Aliu.
It would be nice if the refs would call that double fisted punch to the face Aliu calls a check.
