Kris Letang
Kris Letang is by far the worst diver in the league now. It's not even close. Another perfect example today in the Pens-Flyers.

He's no Ribiero or Brown but that was a pretty obvious one.

World class sell job.
Pens fans were *****ing about a "dive" by Harry Z and don't say a peep when one of their guys does it.

Is it holding the stick if you close your arm on any stick that comes near you? It's never called, but you figure it should be in cases like that...

Cue the "of course it's a thread" pens fans
Every team has divers
But not every team has a Letang-class diver
Pathetic

It wasn't a dive but a smart play to get the call. Just like the other day, if the opponent's stick is not in the wrong place, there's a reason to get mad. In both cases, Letang embellished something that was already there.

Look at the bright side.....the dive means he does not have to snap his head back feigning a high stick, which he has also become quite proficient at.

It was so obvious he was holding the stick and on top of that he went down so easily I thought the refs were going to call the diving penalty too, but they didn't, shocker.

Stick was in his arm and he 'fell down'...
Obvious dive.

No matter how you try to spin it, it was a blatant dive.

Letang is quite an actor. Most Pens fans can admit it. He's been acting to a Nic Cage level of subtlety the last week.
Refs didn't really have a choice there. At best they could've given Letang a matching.

In a game as meaningless as this is right now, I wish Bettman and the refs would tone it down and not make it so obvious that we are in cahoots with them.

Harry Z was just a bad call (and a dumb move by Letang). He was falling before he got to Letang.
I hate when defensemen interfere with the player dumping the puck. Every team does it and wish they didn't.
