ah god jbeck5! why do you create such threads! jynx! couldn't have waited half an hour? come on man! **** off! ban jbeck5! jynx's are scientifically proven ****!
Really helps our draft position incase we cannot make it out conference finals, so pumped we play the Rangers instead of Bruins (provide Panthers do not choke).

As much as the Bruins have shown weakenesses agains us this year, I would rather play 7- games against the top team in the East then 7- games against Thomas.
Not saving much, still in the gods too. Is the Ledge any good? Just me (surrounded by Hab fans here in Montreal), or better to go club/visitor?
Speaking from experience, don't buy standing room tickets to playoff games. (actually don't buy any if you're not a Sens fan but I digress...) People tend to stand for long periods of the game and you won't be able to see anything unless you're about 7 feet tall.
Methinks, you're all going to be sorry for wanting this matchup.
I just hope they last 6 games, really would like to see a playoff game and my exams will almost 100% not work with games 3 and 4.
Also, I'm with your line of thinking. Few years ago when Montreal finished first in the conference, they went 8-0 vs the Bruins (won 1 in SO). The playoff series lasted 7 games (Montreal won in the end, but still). It's the playoffs, ANYTHING can happen.

We made the playoffs in a rebuilding year, I doubt people will be that upset if we lose round 1 no matter who we play.
Just because people don't think Boston will win the Cup this year doesn't mean they wouldn't beat us in round 1, they could make it to the finals and lose no one really knows for sure.

Yeah, at 5"5, that ain't gonna work, thx for the feedback, and looking forward to a great series!

honestly, the odds are against us either way, so none of us will be shocked to see them out in the first round regardless of if its against boston or the rangers...looks like the rangers...
I'm expecting a loss in 6 games. Is that too much to ask for from this team?
What most of you are ignoring:
GOOD DRAFT POSITION
Two teams just jumped us in standings tonight.
I'm glad we're getting a better draft position, but aside from a few exceptions (most notably, Erik Karlsson), the last 10-15 players drafted at #15 overall together form a very mediocre group.
