Otherwise your analysis is pretty much correct, but what else do folks really have to go on?
My fault...you are right. I should know because I was cheering for them to win that series, naturally.

You can go more on a team's actual strengths and weaknesses, period, as opposed to their record against a team. People aren't wrong for doing that, it just isn't very accurate. It's just my take is all.

Agreed, should be a good series. I think the Coyotes are better defensively, the Hawks are (obviously) better offensively and the kicker is that (normally) all teams play better D in the playoffs.

I hope we win in 4 because I can't take the stress of close series

Just hoping for a win and to stay healthy. I've got tickets to the third home game of the second series. Looking like it's going to be the Nucks.

I like this matchup, hopefully I don't end up eating those words, but this was the team I wanted more than Los Angeles for sure.

Don't look past Phoenix.. this isn't going to be an easy series and I could easily see this go 6-7 games with at least 2 OT games.

Chicago has to get Toews back.. if they do, I have a hard time believing Phoenix could match up over a 7 game series.

Even without Toews, I think we should be able to win.. but it's going to be a close series.

Chicago in 6.

Hawks in 5. We win two tight games, two comfortable wins, and our loss is an Edmonton style laugher.

I just don't feel good about this without Toews starting the first game.

I'm seeing a Campbell like return that propels us for the rest of the playoffs.

Hawks in 6

Smith steals a game, Crawford and the defense cough one up, and the rest are solid puck possession wins.

Someone is going to get rocked by Doan. Whitney and Brunette will reminisce about things back in their day.

Keith will be series MVP.

Toews should stay on the bench. He'll just ruin the chemistry

Hawks have to make screens and tic tac plays. Difficult for the best of goalies to consistently stop those.

edit: Like Franzen standing wide open in the crease on the far side just waiting for a feed.

So behind the net sets?

Whatever works. Could be in front with a cross crease feed. Just need bodies in position and in and around the net.

Too bad we don't have enough guys who want to do that. We always seem to have guys looking for the back door...Not enough traffic in the low slot. Things need to change a bit.

I know we're a puck possession team, but it seems like the bulk of our offense comes from the rush off a quick transition. The cycle usually doesn't result in much. Just my eyeball opinion.

I do know one thing. I'll be staying off the "Playoff Talk" on the main boards. What a joke/nightmare that thread is

I'll just say this. If you've been infracted in the past... be careful about what you post in the main forums. Zero tolerance is the policy, and it's a necessary one.

I've been trolling the main board Nuck fans too much lately. I should really stay away.

If a thread involves Cory Schneider or Shea Weber, I'll be there.
