Attendance

Just curious, how many posters on the Leafs forum have been to the ACC to watch the Maple Leafs play this season? You'd think posters on a Leafs forum were 'die-hards' and I'm just curious how many these 'die-hards' have the blessings to afford to pay MLSE's ticket prices? The purpose of this poll is to see what kinds of fans attend Maple Leafs games; the ones conducting business and writing ticket prices off as a business expense or the ones paying marked up prices from scalpers who wh-re the venue out.

Votes are not public

Only two this season. Not worth my money after the collapse.

I have not been to a game at the ACC because I don't live in Toronto.

However, I have been to two Leafs games at SBP.

I've been to one game, against the Habs because I have Francophone friends whom I share the rivalry with, as dull as it's been the last few years. Saturday night game, it cost me a pretty penny.

I forgot to ask the most important question; How many of y'all who've been to the games actually payed the ticket price? I know I paid more than 200% mark-up on the price because I'm not a season ticket holder. If I could find tickets (which aren't on a Tuesday afternoon) for ticket price, as expensive as those may also be, I would have went to 5+ games for sure

My dad's friend has season tickets. Usually go to 3-6 games a year. Protested and bought 4 tfc tickets instead

Not worth paying the ticket price to watch this garbage. Would rather watch us play in other markets where tickets are much cheaper.

No option for 0? I didnt't have the disposable income to spend of the Leafs early in the season, but I did have the money in February, but decided not to waste my money.

Why can't people who work in an office be a fan of a team? These "suits" are also known as season ticket holders. You are not getting these tickets, because these die-hards will not let them go.

This is one of the stupidest stereotypes that exist.

The ACC isn't loud, because the problem goes all the way back to the last seat. A few rows of suits should not somehow quiet the whole building. Let's stop using this excuse. I've had bad looks thrown my way for cheering in the nose bleeds. This city has so many introverts, it's pathetic.

The in-arena vibe and entertainment is horrible.

Here's a hint, next time you create a poll; maybe try not to influence the results with your initial post.

Another thing, you will likely not find anyone who went to 21+ games. Including the so-called "suits".

It's common practice to buy season tickets, and sell individual games out to the public; paying for your season tickets.

Why no option of 0?

I live in Saskatchewan, never even been to Toronto.

None this year, but 9 last year.

I also don't cheer like a drunken buffoon.

I went 3 times this year Ottawa in October, Kings in December, and Capitals in February. My step-dad splits season tickets with a friend of his and since I'm the family member that likes the Leafs the most whenever he can't go and its too late to give them away he gives me a call, I pick up the tickets, and I drop everything to go to the game.

4 games this year. Always in the golds -- about two hundred a pop bought through Ticketmaster.

No games this season but over the past decade at the ACC & previously at MLG attended on invites from suite & or STH's.

I wouldnt buy a ticket at those prices in Toronto, Vancouver or anywhere else around the league. I just dont see how its worth the price frankly. Its not. If the league were smaller, no cap, fine n' dandy.

The ACC tends to be stacked with people who want to be seen there as opposed to fans who came to "see" the game. Simply out of reach for the majority.

Agreed. 0 should be an option for poor people such as myself who cannot afford to pay to watch a crappy team play.

However, I am proud to say that I watched all 82 games on TV!

Ha I only went to a pre-season game. 4-0 loss to Philly.

If I wasn't a broke university student and the product was worth watching, I'd definitely go to more. Until then, I'll be attending Jays games.

I went to 4 or 5 last year but 0 this year.

I've basically decided that I'm not going to go unless they make the playoffs. It's not a protest...I just don't want to go all the way downtown to uncomfortably watch a game in near silence. If it's the playoffs and people/players are excited, then I'll pay up.
