Thescore shows us picking 6th and Anaheim 5th. Clearly not everyone is clear on the tie breaker rule

I don't care about other sites. Only one that matters is NHL.com.

They're all confused and using our win against Anaheim as a tiebreaker when it doesn't count.

Goal differential puts us ahead of Anaheim. Thank you Boston?

LOL. If Boston didn't blow us out in the season series, we would probably picking 6th right now (as long as no one above us in the standings wins it)

Pretty much.

By the way, when was the last time Leafs went in lottery with retaining their own pick with a top 5 pick?

At least this season will end with us in lottery position. Tuesday can't come fast enough.

I mean this sincerely. Good luck in the off-season guys. Hopefully we both are much better teams next year. Tank was strong this year but let's hope we actually have wins to cheer about next year.

Both teams have some serious stuff to sort out, but I feel the same way about it, man.

Word. Its embarrassing that MTL and TOR, 2 of the largest hockey markets on the planet have such disappointing teams. Fans deserve better.

Can't hope for Habs to win division, and Leafs won't. So I am hoping (dreaming rather) for a 4th and 5th finish for the great franchises in next season.

Props to Mary from Oakville (on Leafs talk)

Season ticket holder since '61? Unbelievable.
