Game Schedule Game Begins: TBD Entry Draft: TBD Free Agency Begins: TBD Standings Vote: TBD Trade Deadline: TBD Final Standings Vote: TBD I decided to do something like SwedishM's last thing which will be called a Rebuild Playoffs, which is for the team who didn't make the playoffs and out of all those teams you rate them and those standings stay there and you win the Rebuild Cup, it's just though that the people out of the playoffs have something to do. Salary Cap 64,300,000 is the salary cap for the game Your roster cap of 23 players on the team Can't be under the cap floor Cap floor: 51,000,000 You can be 5 million over the cap space for just the season but you have to buy it off in the off-season

Waivers Post your players on waiver on the waivers thread. Can't send down a player with a cap hit over 6 million 12 hours before your player clears waiver Once you claim a player off waiver he goes to the AHL until you send a player down and replace the player

Trades A trade may not include more than 5 players one one team You must send the trade to one of the trade commisoners then the 5 trade commisioners will look at it, you must get at least 3 votes that are yes. If a deal involves a NTC and NMC you have to send it in to the trade commisioners too and add the fact of that too. Also add reasons why the NTC and NMC could be moved. You can not argue with a trade if your not a trade commisioner, you can file a complaint but not arguing. The trades must be somewhat realistic, Pittsburgh would never trade Crosby, Fleury or Malkin and Ovechkin would never be traded. The commissioners hold the power to veto any ridiculous trades. Also if you trade with a division-rival or just a simple rival as if the Flyers and Pens were to trade I would doubt it'd be big as their rivals and are in the same division and conference. So, I don't think Malkin, etc for Giroux would work.

Agency As the same we will do with the trades, 3/5 of the UFA/RFA Commisoners have to accept Realistic signings, Crosby would never SIGN with the Flyers as their are a rival team Send in your reasons for why the player should sign.

2. I don't ever see Crosby getting traded but Ovi and Gene could be moved for the right price. If a reasonable offer were to come along involving them would you still veto it?

To keep the game from not getting out of hand, let's let Ovi stay with the caps, unless it is an EXTREME overpayment.
