Good luck to your team and the fans. Like a poster said above, I can't find any reason at the moment to dislike the Senators, but I'm sure by the end of the series things will change. Either way, the playoffs are finally here. It's going to be fun, enjoy it.
I think we can intimidate them quite a bit, we took 3 of 4 in the season series all in different fashion. We grabbed one at home and two on road, we shut them out, we came back down a few goals in the third period to steal an extra point. We match up with them very well, we've been able to slow down their attack, didn't really let Gaborik and Richards set up in their comfort zones and we seem to be able to get to Lundqvist.
Obviously the Rags are a great team and have had an outstanding year. Torts should them have them mentally ready to go these playoffs and we could be in for a real back and forth tight series.
Against the B's, it was likely done in a sweep maybe 5 games. Against the Rangers, I can definitely see things being pushed to 6 or 7 and when you get the deep into a series, you can get some bounces and steal it.
Obviously I want the Sens to win the series, but if we don't I won't be that upset. I actually really like the Rangers team that their management has put together, and wouldn't mind Gaby winning a cup.
I still think Rangers will take this in 5 or 6, since I only take regular season head-to-head record with a grain of salt when it comes to the playoffs, but it's exciting to see playoff hockey.

Agreed. Lots of likeable players on that roster. I find it hard to hate guys like Hank, Callahan, and Gaborik.
If the Sens keep using their speed, and Spezza and Karlsson manage to break through the Rangers resistance (You know that's where their efforts will be focused) then we have a good shot in this series.
Either way, I like our odds here better than against the Bruins.
Interesting how fans here in Bingo are going to react, true NY diehards that love their Rangers on one side, and on the other BSens fans rooting for former players currently in Ottawa, should be fun..
Good luck. I want to see my Penguins live in the Conference Finals, but I need Ottawa to get there too so I can go to the games at SBP. :-) And I REALLY HATE the Rangers.
