LOL ... mood lighting

I think the Caps are going to surprise the Bruins though... I can see them winning it, especially with Backstrom back and Ovechkin seeming to have found his way out of the woods

How interesting would it be if Andy did so-so the first three games so Lehner was called up, helped Ottawa to win two 7-game series in OT, then swept the Pens in 4 games, and then beat Vacouver in game 6 on a shot by Alfie glove side in the 3rd period and it held up?

Zibby is back in Ottawa but not expected to play according to CBC and Ian Mendes.

Damn, Anderson does really like the lighting. Looks like Timmy won't have to lend out his night vision goggles. We are a much different team at home this year, though.

In years past, we sucked at home, just look at last year. This year we're 27-12-2 at home. For once these players are doing well backed by us fans. I fully expect the Rangers to take the first two games at MSG.

I'd bet you'd still make posts chirping the guy in the AHL GDTs

We beated you twice at home, so it could go either way knowing that regular season doesn't mean nothing, IMO we'll split the first 2 at MSG

One of those games we lost we were up what, 3 going into the third and then blew it in the shootout? Yea, this is a much different team now. Don't expect that to happen. This team will hold it's leads. We may be 0-1-1 at home against you guys, but that first game was when we were sucking major ass and were playing the most undisciplined hockey us fans have ever witnessed.

And like many have said, regular season matchup means nothing. We were 3-1 against Washington last year including a 7-0 blowout and a 6-0 blowout. We got served in 5 games.

I don't think you can really be in here telling us that we should expect to lose.

If anyone knows how very little the regular season means in the playoffs, it's Ottawa fans. Come on, guys.

While I fully understand how good the Rangers are, I still think the Sens will compete. It's been a season of proving people wrong, and I hope they keep it up. No amount of Rangers fans telling us why we'll lose will change my mind.

That's not really my goal. I'm just trying to shed some light on the situation. Like I said, we dominated Washington last year and they opened up a can of whoop ass on us in the playoffs.

I understand that regular season, and post season are very different, but I don't see how anyone can say that the Sens record vs. the Rangers mean nothing. With the Sens rough style of play, mixed in with our skills, like EK, Spezz, Alfie, 9MM, ect. I think we have the chance to be a very good playoff team.

We can compete with a rough style and run and gun style, IMO.

Regular season means nothing in the playoffs. With that said I can see this series going to game 7 and I like Ottawa's chances.

Sellanthamby makes Torts sound like Quinn. I guess we've only seen the pathetic Torts so far.

I so want them to start playing tonight.

excellent reason for the 29 other teams to hate them!!!!!

Point two:

"They signed him twice

see above

Point Three:

They never win but there fans still cheer passionately for them

Another great point, I hate fans who route for losing teams, once teams start losing you should find a new one

Point Four

Lundquist chokes in the playoffs

If I were a Senators fan I would hate this! I want my opposing goalie to be a brick wall when we play them

Point 5

Tortorella Can Sometimes speak freely and put his foot in his mouth

this is the one point which is valid..... No one is going to be indifferent on tortorella you are either going to love him or hate him.

This article seems kinda counter productive, think you may come off hating Devil fans more then Ranger fans

I know, right? We've been the heavy favorites and lost enough times to learn our lesson about how meaningful regular season games are.
