The Stars didn't claim Nystrom on waivers for salary purpose so the Wild decided to trade him for nothing since he gets his full salary. Dallas wouldn't have been on the salary cap otherwise.

The only sweater the Wild need to change is the white one. It looks completely out of place with the Wild's style.
To hell with that. I love the original white.

How about this: dump the red jersey, return to the original greens for the day to day home jersey, and keep the current third as the current third.

Between the Future Considerations with Nystrom and Kalus, Chuck Fletcher got a pair of lunches.

The league needs to get their crap together and switch back to having the whites worn at home.

I like the way it is...shove Wild colors in the face of the opponent when they come to the X. Both on the ice and off!

I actually agree with wearing whites at home. Makes each arena more colorful over the course of a season.

Plus that's how it was in 2002-2003, the year I really started paying attention to the Wild.

I assume you mean the fashion on the ice, not in the stands?

Yep. Quite honestly, there is nothing fashionable about jerseys and breezers.

Yeah I remember when the new Rbk system was supposed to have all these advanced fabrics and had the sweaters tucked into these form fitting breezers (hence the long tails on them) that made the players "12% faster"...

One of the reasons why college hockey has it right.

I prefer the home team having colors. It's supposed to represent your team and your arena, so it should be filled with your teams primary colors

Could not agree more, red sweater's are the best in hockey and keep them for home games!
