I will try to be at games. Finals are coming up and fast. I'm hoping we get to the second round so I don't have to worry about school anymore. THEN I'll be there for sure.
318 for me. I've finally got my schedule lined up for everything except Game 3...I'm making swaps, bribing people, splitting shifts, picking up 2 shifts in exchange for one...whatever I can do outside of straight-up patient abandonment. I will NOT miss a game!
Oh and a purpose in life as well. Being a mental jack of all trades sucks.
Now back to the playoffs. Who's traveling to detroit for games?
I'll be there for atleast 1 game. My friend who has red wings season tickets is making sure there's a seat for me somewhere. All I have to do is make to to Detroit, and make sure I don't work that day. I'll be wearing my Tootoo Jersey so if you spot me don't be shy! Name is James by the way. Cheers.
Well...got my glass seat for Friday so the Pred Gadsden I just tweaked will be highly visible. But my 2 seats behind Vince Gill are for sale (wink wink).
How did you become a Preds fan? Just curious. I've been on the boards awhile and it always makes me wonder how out-of-towners became fans. Of course I know a few of them are originally from here.....

His godfather worked at the Saturn plant and is still in Columbia - and, incidentally, is also the reason why we know eachother and why I frequently spend New Year's down there.

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

Went to Vandy and worked in Nashville for 2 years afterwards before moving to Charlotte. Grew up a Flyers fan in the Legion of Doom era, but made the jump as the team was still relatively new and I just fell in love with Predsnation.
Hate to generalize, but compared to a lot of other "more established" teams, Preds fans are largely more friendly / amiable. The old Vet stadium in Philly had a courthouse in it to try unruly fans right then and there haha.

Stevey Sullivan fan when he was with the leafs/hawks, and pretty much followed him here.
I also have relatives in Nashville and the first hockey game I've ever sat right up against the glass was at a Preds home game. Fan ever since.
