2002 All-Star Game: Custom Numbers

I have a blank, authentic 2002 All-Star jersey that has been hanging on my wall for some time and I would like to get a player on the back. It is the purple color and three Sharks were on the North American side. I will be back in San Jose in early July and wanted to know if any shop had the template from back then, or something close, and could sew on the name/numbers?

My options are Jumbo (91), Roenick (97) and Nolan, who actually played for the Sharks at this time with (11). I am leaning towards Nolan but wouldn't mind Jumbo either. My main concern is just the font of the numbers/name.
