LA and NJ

I think it will be Nashville/NYR in the Finals.

LA is the WORST possible matchup for the Canucks... and I love it!

Senators, but it's all about consistency for them. They can either play really well or play like crap, there is no in between. If they find the good part of their game they could beat the Rangers and either the Bruins/Penguins in the 2nd round.

East
1) Ottawa
2) Florids

West
1) Nashville
2) St. Louis (due to youth and lack of recent experience)

calling the team with the 2nd best record in the entire nhl a "dark horse" is stretching it, eh?

NJ and Chicago. Both are 6 seeds and are hot going into the playoffs.

Detroit (every round), sharks (first round). I would normally say chicago, but they just aren't tough enough to last a few rounds.

A better choice would be Nashville or Phoenix.
Because their season has not been what it was predicted to be, offensively at least. They lost a lot of close games which a team who was labeled Cup Favourites would have won.

For me, have to say NJ and LA.

It has to be Florida from the East... all of the 'experts' predicted they'd be at the bottom...

I guess Jersey's not much of a dark horse considering how many people have picked them, but I think they're winning the East.

NJ in the East, LA in the West.

I think LA is going to go on a magical run. Much farther than people anticipate.

It's hard to call dark horses. This year the top 6 in both Conferences all have over 100 points. Minus the two 3rd seeds.

In the west I don't know. You wanna call the Predators a dark horse, but their a favorite.

In the East I think Washington has the capability of putting behind them the downs of the regular season, and going on a tear. I think they have the best chance of defeating Boston too.

I have a hard time calling a 100+ point team a dark horse, so I'll go with Washington and Los Angeles.

The term dark horse makes no sense. "What is the team you think is unlikely to win that you think is most likely to win?"

This. I have to believe that LA is the favorite in the West right now.
