That would be awesome. I am 95% sure I can make it to a game or two in LA. If we make it to the next round we need to organize something.

I'm in LA the 18th-22nd. My calculations figure that if we beat Nashville they would be in LA that weekend.

Stop talking about LA! We've gotta win another game first, and these 3-1 leads haven't been favourable to the franchise. Don't need more bad voodoo flying around.

Devils tie it up late in the period. 2-2.

Rangers win in OT 3-2

Joel Ward went from Game 7 OT hero to the guy that cost the Caps that game late in the 3rd with that double minor.

Hahaha guys, I didn't notice this untill I looked at youtube comments. Look at 1:20. Shane Doan drills Hjalmerson in the nuts with the puck.

Is that a good summary of the series?

Kind of feel bad for Bryz, but I guess he can always just count his money. Still, I have fond feelings toward the guy.

What happened to Philly? It just goes to show that momentum in these playoffs is only as good as the next shift. Kind of gives me some hope that a long break will cool the Kings off.

The Flyers are out and the Rangers are 1 win away from having a Devils vs Rangers ECF Rematch of the one that took place in 1994.

That was a great ****ing series back then and I think Marty B is the only player remaining of the 2 teams in that match-up in the early 90's.

Feel bad for Bryz? I sure the hell don't. Leaves Phoenix because the uncertainty, his desire to win a cup and his desire for more skrilla. Mike Smith comes in to perhaps get his career on track, now we are in the Conference finals.

Mike Smith > Bryz

Very sour about Bryz. But at least he's not as bad as punk ass Turris and Mueller. lol

Amazing the Coyotes are in a deeper playoff run right now than so many ex-players and Wheeler right now. Bryz did win a cup but only as a back-up with Anaheim.

I don't even know what to think about that. Horrible outcome, but he had other options.

Bryz isn't entirely to blame in that series, the Devils in the 2nd Round made the Flyers look like a fluke in the 1st round vs Pittsburgh. Flyers are now realizing more and more of the mistakes they made in the last off-season and it didn't help their cause any when Chris Pronger was gone for the rest of the season.

If we were close to $51 million and he chose Philly, I would feel more strongly, but we couldn't compete with that kind of money, and we wouldn't have wanted to. I can't blame him for grabbing lifetime wealth.

Someday, about a year from now, Mike Smith may very well be in position to do the same thing. If he does, I won't blame him and it won't change the good feelings he's giving us now.

The only thing that I don't like about Bryz is how he left. He kept saying there was no other team in the league he could imagine playing for and wanted to retire here, then he played like a heartless sieve in the playoffs, and followed all that up by telling us he wants to be signed to some ridiculous contract.

During the regular season I started to feel bad for him and was hoping he would start playing a bit better. I still can't root for him to have success in the playoffs though. Maybe if the Coyotes are able to get a Cup I'll be able to, but not now. I'm glad he's going to be golfing tomorrow, which I hate to say because I really like the Flyers.

Hopefully Vrbata will sit Smith down and tell him it's best to stay where you're having success.

I think it's ridiculous they have a three-day gap before a game 7. I know that MSG has lots of events, but this is pretty poorly arranged.
