He has a tendency to elevate his game during the playoffs. Should be an exciting run for the Marlies

Will be a great player for the Leafs next year. Kadri still has sky high potential. And is an absolute beast near playoff time. (And during them)

Has he been injured?

Didn't see his name on the box stats for yesterday and today.

Minor upper body, I believe? Probably just "maintenance" before the playoffs.

More like the Scrivens show.

Scrivens has the best GAA and top 5 in Sv%.

Kadri, Gardiner, Scrivens in the AHL is the equivalent to having a bonafide #1 center, #1 defencemen, and #1 goalie in the NHL.

Does Kadri even play center for the Marlies?

I don't think so but he should. I think they play Ziggy and Colborne as their centers.

If the plan is to have him play wing in the NHL then he should play wing in the AHL.

I'd like to see him play all forward positions like Sharp in Chicago. That what he has done before and what I think he can do in the NHL.

If im not mistaken he only really played centre when the Marlies were shorthanded. The time I remember was when Colborne was up with the Leafs, also when Zigomanis missed some games.

And to everyone who is expecting Kadri to light it up. Temper your expectations. This isnt junior, this isnt a team lacking depth. On the contrary this Marlie team is soo deep

Always been his big fan and will be even if he does not have a permanent place on our big club. I am going to keep an eye on him very closely for sure. I think he will be the best player in the play-offs for for the Marlies.

i have always been a huge fan too. i think he should play in top 6 next season. he has improved in every stint with the big club. kadri always steps it up during playoffs. he has grit in his game too. one of the few players who have heart on our team next too grabo, schenn, gunner. we as leaf fans need patience, i believe he will live up to the hype. this team will be good too whether some people believe it or not. marlies will be exciting to watch. go marlies go

I went to one Marlies game this season, he started on Colborne's wing but was moved to centre later that game.

As a previous poster stated, a sharp like rotation through positions would be awesome!

Kinda funny that Scrivens has the best GAA in the AHL but doesn't even have the best GAA on the team, Mark Owuya has better stats but hasn't played enough games for it to count.

as i stated many times in different threads; i think the AHL Marlies = to NHL Blues

and that reason backs it up even more

That's nice, Simone Gamache had 57pts in 21 playoff games in his final jr year.
