1. Flyers
2. Bruins
3. Panthers
4. Any Eastern team but Pittsburgh
5. Nashville/St. Louis/Chicago

The top 3 are the only ones I'm actively rooting for at the moment, mainly the Flyers although I'm thinking they will likely be gone after the first round.

anyone but the Canucks.

would like to see New Jersey win the Cup. the only team I'd like to see win the Cup in the West is St. Louis.

interested to see how well Nashville does with Radulov. But I refuse to jump on the Coyotes bandwagon. I hope Phoenix keeps it team (only because my parents have a condo in Phoenix ) Generally, I dislike expansion teams/relocated teams... from the 1996/1997 season and up. (I wonder why )

Boston is my my 2nd favorite team in the league, just love the way they play the game, so I'll be on their bandwagon again.

In the West, I really just can't bring myself to liking any teams. I would root for Phoenix, because it would piss off all the hockey elitists, but Shane Doan ruined that. I really like the way the Blues play, so I'll probably be rooting for them, though I hate Hitch.

pretty much this.

I root against teams more than for other teams.
Order of teams that I don't want to see win:
1)sharks
2)kings
3)RedWings
4)Blackhawks
5)Capitals
6)Rangers

how are they not tough?
NYR led the league in fighting majors they have Prust, Rupp, and Bickel and Scott a super heavy weight who may not play we'll see
Also have a few middle weights as well. If thats not tough i dont know what is.
Philly is loaded with toughness as well wtf unless that was ?

Fighting majors are not necessary an indication of a tough team, otherwise Ducks could be counted as tougher team than Blues.

Yeah, all the posters from traditional teams on HFBoard would probably explode with rage over it as well.

Rooting for:

East: Boston
West: Chicago

I normally don't care for Vancouver but now that Sami is there...

Needless to say, Kings and Sharks need to be gone after the first round. Hoping the Preds kick Detroit out in 4 games.

no bandwagon for me... just going to score gaze. This leaves plenty of time for Texas Rangers baseball. If I HAD to pick one, it would be St. Louis.

sorry but I'd much rather see the Sharks or Kings win the Stanley Cup instead of the Canucks.

seeing that Canucks team win the Cup would be too much for a lot of people to handle in Western Canada The Canucks are the most polarizing team in the NHL, imo.

the sharks don't really have a chance... and the Kings have to get passed the Canucks in the first round.

hoping for a Coyotes/Blues WCF.

That's BS. Philly has toughness throughout their lineup. It's not a typical Flyers team but they are still one of the more physical teams around. And they have no more divers than any other team. The only guy who dives consistently is Briere and he has nothing on someone like Bobby Ryan
