I believe both of them can avoid being UFAs by playing in a certain number of games (Including playoffs), it's unlikely, but it's still possible. So both are technically RFAs until the point at which they aren't (i.e. whenever Capgeek updates them) just like how Prab Rai is a RFA for Vancouver this summer when it's almost a certainty that he will not be qualified and become an UFA.
