1987 finals. Game 6 at the Spectrum against the Oilers. I was 4. It's honestly the first memory that I can remember in my life. I think we all know how that game went.
Awesome idea. Followed the Flyers since 89 but didn't attend my first game til 95 since I lived in SC. Came up for Thanksgiving and went to this one vs the Wings.

Khabibulin faced 55 shots that night.
Interesting game for me since JR was my idol (from the blackhawks days) and this was the first time I got to see him in person. Little did I know he'd eventually become a flyer.
I honestly can't remember. The first game I remember watching on TV was a game vs the North Stars on Prism, I believe I was 3 years old. I can't remember the 1st game I went to, I assume it was around 93-94 when I was 6 or so. I went to Hartford for a game in 94 we won 6-5 I believe.
Sheesh I can't remember when my first game was. The earliest one I remember is a Sabres-Flyers game at the Spectrum in the early 90s, but I don't remember the score or the exact date. I was probably like 6 or 7.
I have absolutely no idea what my first game was it was probably sometime around 98-00. I know the first hockey game I ever went to was a Phantoms game when I was like 7 or 8 but I would really have to think about that one. May have been a 5-1 loss to the Devils which sucked. When I was young I went to a ton of wins mostly, as of late I have been to one win since the lockout. 1 win being the first home game after the 2010 Winter Classic against Toronto when Carcillo cut through the defense and finished with that backhand.
Last year the only game I got to go to was a 5-0 loss to Florida, the year before I was at Game 6 SCF, have yet to go to a game this year not living near Philly, it might be best that I don't go to games anymore until I become a season ticket holder since they can't possibly lose every home game.
Phillies however have never lost at any game I've been to in Citizens Bank Park.

Well my memory served me correctly. It was a 6-5 victory in Hartford on April 2nd 1994. I know I went to a few home games prior to this, but I remember this one distinctly because my dad fought like 3 people on this bus trip lol. I was 6 years old.
All in all a great first game in person (I had been watching on TV for years prior). Close game, Flyers beat the Penguins, and Ritchie wins a fight as time expires.
I can't recall if I went to a game as a kid or not. Im the only real hockey fan in my family. But my definite first game post lockout was the penguins flyers game in 09-10 when coburn scored on himself. Either way it was an entertaining game.
