I only disagree with your assessment of Vancouver being a better team than they've been the past two seasons. There's no reason the Kings can't beat this team, but they do need to step their collective game up from where it's been the past week.
I hope I've read it wrong and you are correct. If so I will man up and be more than happy to admit it!
Pretty ballsy as fans of a team which has been in the league LONGER and still hasn't won a cup. The Canucks got two games closer than the Kings ever did...
I was about to say....
Do we really want to go there?
THat's like a cross dresser pointing at another cross dresser and going "OMG You dress like a ****ing woman? How disgusting."

Still funny that their is a count on their website.
Looking at the 67 expansion four of the five team leaft in the league (St. Louise, LA, Pitt, Phil) are in the playoffs. Only dallas didn't make it (the Seals eventually folded).
Of those team us and the blues have never won a cup.
Reasonably sure it will be. Every NBCSN game has been on so far, can't imagine why this would be any different. Saturday's against SJ was on KCOP in LA but we got that on NBCSN here, same situation as tonight.
Is anyone else not seeing the game listed on their DIRECTV guide for 7:30pm on 13 (KCOP)? I looked at the guide on both the iPhone app and website, and saw "How I Met Your Mother" listed in the time slot.
Yeah, blowing the 2-goal leads they have had at the end of two periods hasn't been working too well for them.
Not sure which team you're referring to here? Both the Kings and Nucks had third period meltdowns in the last week of the regular season after being pretty much money in the bank all season when it comes to shutting down teams in the 3rd period.

You could make the argument that the Seals are represented by the Sharks, through this convoluted path:
1967: Seals expansion team begins playing
1975: Seals move to Cleveland to become the Barons
1977: Barons and North Stars _merge_ franchises.
1991: Sharks start play after splitting off from the North Stars (remember, the Sharks got some North Stars players, and they BOTH picked in the expansion draft, if I recall correctly)

I did not realize this, Just googled it and that is very interesting.
So 5 of 6 67 expansion teams are in. 3 never have lifting the cup. All 3 are Western Conference teams. Maybe curse of the 67 expansion.
