Good christ man, that is a deal! Well played.

In all honesty I should stay where I'm at for a while longer. It's only been 3 years so I don't have a ton of equity built up. Plus there are still some reasonably cost effective repairs and upgrades I can still do that will pay back well when I sell. I've kinda sandbagged for the last year because of some personal factors, and the uncertainty if I would sell or not. But, this year is going to be the time to do some of the basic stuff anyways.

In video games, is it worth $40 (sealed new on eBay) to buy NHL 12 now? I thought I wouldn't have much time to play games with practicing music stuff, but practice time is severely limited by my tendinitis and I find myself bored sometimes.

As long as you're OK with it being worth about $10 in 3-4 months.

If Sony and Microsoft have their way, soon all used games will be worthless the second you open it, like action figures and comic books.

I had a false positive in my Sabres feed, but the article may be of interest to others:
Quote:
The USTA Pro Circuit is certainly comprised of young, up-and-comers who are developing their games on their way to the WTA Tour.

But the circuit is also about veterans, professionals who love the game and feel neither the inclination nor the desire to give it up.

Both of those paths collided on center court in the Dothan Pro Classic on Tuesday. Jill Craybas shook off a dropped first set and defeated Jessica Pegula 5-7, 6-0, 6-3 in a first-round singles match at the Wiregrass Tennis Center.

Pegula just turned 18 two months ago and last year was runner-up in the Pro Circuit event in Lutz, Fla. The daughter of the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula, she played very well and kept Craybas on the defensive for most of the first set.

“I was pretty frustrated in the beginning,” Craybas said. “She was on top of the ball and I was retrieving too much. The second set I stepped in a little bit and started playing more aggressive.”

After winning the second set at love, an early break in the third set gave Craybas the advantage in the third. She broke again at love to close out the match.

“I’ve never played her before,” Craybas said. “In the beginning it was tough to get a rhythm. The second and third set I was able to play my game more instead of reacting to her game. She’s a good competitor. She’s got a good career ahead of her.”

Hey now...I reserve those types of comments for when speaking to (or in front of) relatives of said people...

So, for instance, I would respond to this post with something about the STS.

BS on the title change!
PK isn't even here. I think Clock knows her password and is changing the title when he feels it's appropriate.

Conspiracy

Clock doesn't even need to know her password... he's a mod, he can change it when ever he likes... he did it often enough with my OT titles.
