I don't expect fights but I expect lots of hard hits (both legal and illegal) and cheap shots galore. That'd be fantastic.

Jeff Blair is talking upset on 590. He said he doesn't want to see the Canucks upset in the first round.....He'd much rather see them make it to the finals and lose again. Haha. He also thinks the Bruins could sweep. He occasionally talks up the Bruins. I wonder if he's a Bs fan deep down.

Can't decide if the no Tv treatment means a better or worse chance for Nashville...I will say worse, but that is the game I want to see...Still the other two games have interest but I willl not stay up for the last two period of the Kings Nucks.....Its all about tommorow.

Three good games tonight. I'm really looking forward to the Pens-Flyers. I'm also kind of excited for Preds-Wings. I usually don't get pumped for WC games.

I'm a closet Preds fan. Like thier team makeup even though I don't watch a lot of games. Rinne, Weber, Suter, Radulov, Fisher...Like those players a bunch and hope they knock out the Wings.

Agreed. I would love to see them come out of the west. If we happen to come out of the east, Rinne would scare me to death.

yup, that be the one. It won't have the nastiness and skullduggery of the flyers/Pens series but for pure hockey enjoyment it promises to be a good one.

Cursed6 does bring up a good point though. It really is all about tomorrow night. So i'll pass on watching the late game and record Pitt/Philly to watch that in it's entirety. The playoffs are a marathon, not a sprint, and i need to have my game legs and wits about me for tomorrow night.

Nothing would be as delicious as seeing the Pens get swept by the Flyers.

I'm going to enjoy this game AND the reaction from both the Flyers and Pens fans as they snipe at each other. Pure playoff gold this season !!!

This game is on CNBC. Granted, i couldn't tell you off the top of my head what channel number that is, but I know I have it and it's in HD.

I hate the Flyers and am beginning to hate the Pens. Don't think I will watch. Will watch the Sox with Lester on the mound they have a 40-60 shot. LOL

Granted, Crosby would never fight because of the concussion
That would be some brawl! Might look something like this:

I have a feeling the philly/pit series is going disappoint in terms of it being a "bloodbath". I have a feeling sometime around game 3 things will boil over, then it will be all hockey after that.

get out! i'm going to have to look into this. Who's kidding who, game 1's are usually 2 teams feeling each other out and keeping things close to the vest. I'll be shocked if any real nastiness and excitement ensues from tonights flyers/pens game 1.

I'm definitely pulling for the Preds, I really like them. I feel weird about this, but go Flyers!!!

I am rooting for the Preds, as I usually do but think they are overrated. This year's team is their best one though so maybe they have a chance.

So is this guy:

http://www.ktla.com/video/viral/ktla...9960.htmlstory

Saw this on the news this morning. Good omen for the Bs?

Unconfirmed whether that was Christian Ehrhoff with the cellphone...

I am hoping they do.

Quick will be good and Luongo...well we all saw what he did last year.

The Kings have their GDT started. I went on to wish them luck. Their fans were behind the B's in a big way last year.
There were very cool when I was out their in March. Many LA fans came up to us and told us they were thrilled that B's won the cup.

Let's show them the support from our board !!!

I don't like the Flyers either, but I'm hoping they win. I like the Bruins' chances against them better should they advance past Wash.
