i'm just surprised it isn't worse. 0-6 on the PP halfway through for Nashville.
ps: howard sucks, has always sucked. and yet "underrated" gets thrown around a lot.

Nashville's getting too fancy on the PP. Detroit is giving them a lot of time and space, and Nashville looks like they've expected a lot more pressure.
God this CBC intermission (and the announcers) are so flagrantly behind Detroit.

Oh god, they cut to Vancouver:
"The big news tonight of course, no Danielle Sedin."
I just about died.

What a game in Pittsburgh. Philly was ready to roll over and die at one point, and then all of a sudden we are in OT

you know people are going to say it's because of that off-side goal.

I hope NBC's announcing crew wasn't fawning over Howard for that save on AK's breakaway like CBC's was.

1. What a choke-job by Pittsburgh.
2. Keeps getting worse for BJs fans - they have to hit rock bottom one of these days.

Zetterberg flagrantly interferes with Nashville player: 2 minute penalty to Erat.

While I don't think was particularly bad it was at the end of the game, no chance for it to be properly penalized.
I think it should be 1 game.

This sets up a No-hold barred match between Weber and Zetterberg at Slamboree.

Meh. Daniel Sedin didn't get even looked at for damn near attempted murder. Zetterberg's not hurt so if Shanahan even considers reviewing this, it's a travesty. Of course, it's Shanahan and someone touched one of his precious Red Wings...

I would think only 1 game also. If he would have stopped after the first attempt he would have been fine.

Did I just see that correctly? Kessler got a penalty for giving Quick a snow shower?

"Jimmy Howard Rule"
Not sure why CBC's announcers are so surprised by it. They implemented it pretty dramatically...last year? Year before?
Edit: Was Sharks-Wings from last year.
Here's a story on it.

That was just the retaliation:

While Weber definitely shouldn't have done that, look at the knee Zetterberg threw on Weber that instigated it.
