The Visorless.

First it was the men without helmets, now it is the men without visors.

Apparently over 70% of all players wear a visor. This is a tribute to the men who don't:

Heroes.

Same could be said for men who ride motorcycles without a helmet ( though technically illegal ).

Yeah, some could say they're stupid for taking chances, but that's what makes them so BA. You disagree?

They are idiots and should be criticised for being so irresponsible, not praised.

riding a motorcycle without a helmet is extremely stupid and not badass. the 95 in your name must be your birth year.

Wearing a visor is lame. I can never see with one.

I miss the 80s when we had a few guys on each team without a helmet.

Also badass behaviour:

-Walking across a busy street without looking
-Putting electrical appliances in the bath with you
-Turning off your pilot light and playing with matches
-Driving blindfolded

Add your own, folks!

Yeah.. I really enjoy how the 2nd guy you pictured suffered a season ending (maybe career ending) eye injury that a visor could have prevented. Pretty 'BA'.

Ryan Smyth's brother lost an eye playing hockey.

Smyth, being the Nobel Prize candidate that he is, won't wear a visor. A lot of these guys are just plain stupid.

I only think that if you are the type of players who plays a physical game and have a good chance of getting into a fight, you should play without a visor, as its illegal to fight with one on (and rarely do you take the full helmet off in the heat of the moment).

On the bruins, players who don't wear a visor: Chara, McQuaid, Ference, Corvo, Lucic, Horton, Thornton, and Campbell. Other than Corvo, all guys who will drop the gloves. So, IMO, Corvo is probably a fool for playing without one (but I'm sure he's been called worse ).

Do you have a quota of threads you have to make in a day? You've got 3 on the Main Boards front page alone! Not to mention in the Pittsburgh thread you've been getting as much hate as an OP can possibly get.

In regards to this.. Odd thread topic.

Pretty sure the Leafs should have been fined severely watching those blatant high sticks.

Secondly, Pronger is a Hall of Famer who's played two decades in the NHL, yet one bad injury and he's a fool?

SO original. I have the number represent the year I became a fan. In another forum I picked the name RamsFan96 for the same reason. I've been a big brother for 3 years, 13 year olds don't even know what forums are, but nice joke.

My step-dad rode a motorcycle for about 10 years before the helmet rule came in and he wore a beanie until he sold his bike. People make a big fuss over the minority cases. It's the same reason why schools give out suspensions for snow ball fights. One kid loses an eye due to an ice ball and now no kids can throw snowballs. It's freaking stupid.

I can see the cage argument on this, but visors? really? Just fight them then. the visor will cause them more damage when you push it into their face and cut their lip.

Implying it's only been one hockey player who's ever suffered an eye injury.

Logistically speaking, the fact you've been on the forum for only a year would make you more plausible to being a teen.

That and I stated 13 since I signed up in 2008. I was born in 1987.

The percentage must be low. That was my point.

I am fairly certain there is no combination of words in the English language that would build a more stupid message than the OP.
