After what Chara and Bruins got away last year with now teams learned that you can do and not get punished. The League did it to themselves. Now Philly has to hope to finish off the Pens as soon as possible or they might lose half their team to injuries from cheap shots.

MAF has been shaky, but PIT's D has been absolutely horrid. Leaving guys alone in the crease? Come on.

Exactly what I was thinking. Try putting that genie back in the bottle.

My 5 yr old asked me who we should root for at the beginning of this series. I said the Pens wine a lot so let's root for the Flyers. He's having a blast!

As much as Philly is scoring, they're going to be destroyed in the next round if they don't shore up their D. Run and gun isn't going to beat anyone with a half decent goalie.

For those too young to remember Nords-Habs playoffs, this is as close as I've seen in 20yrs. Insanely intense.

Why? Philly has a lot of Franco-Canadians/QMJHL players that are doing well: Giroux, Talbot, Briere, Couturier, etc.

Would have been a bench clearing brawl after that cross check.

No way is Babcock being fired. Bylsma should resign in disgrace for abandoning a successful system and losing control of his team.

...and then proceed to sign with the Habs.

Philly is rockin. Two big comeback games. Three games with shorties. And exposing the Pens baby-ish tantrums. Hard not to love Philly this year.

I still can't bring myself to like the Flyers, and after last year I don't want any teams who have won the cup before but have longer droughts than we do to win anything. But you got to respect what they are doing to an out of control team of sore losers.

I still don't get why the Pens are insisting of trying to beat the Flyers at their own game by playing wide-open hockey. I've never seen teams fly through and have so much room to make plays in the neutral zone as I have seen in this series. The Pens D is way to aggressive, the forwards are getting caught way too deep and there is simply no structure when then puck exits the offensive zone.

Bylsma needs to get his team focused.

I don't get what Bylsma is thinking. They've had so much success through injuries by sticking with a balanced system. I think all the hyperbole got to his head this year, they completely abandoned what they were good at at the end of the season and haven't been the same since them.

My thoughts exactly. Even when he was in junior he was pretty bad at times when he played for Cape Breton.
