So ****ing happy for Penner. He played a great game. Back checking, winning races to the puck and scoring a huge goal.

I've said it before, i'll say it again. I won't quit on Penner. We all know he's got it in him. I CERTAINLY will never agree to playing Richardson over him.
From Edmonton... Mad props LA, we with you all the way, **** Vancouver. Y'all got some good Canadian boys on the team now who show up when the chips are down. Richards is a beast. Penner you know was chompin at the bit to get back in the playoffs. Carter's a handsome assassin who adds instant offence.
Great to see all these former Oilers doing so well there. Anyways, props, beautiful road game tonight. Richy was seriously amazing though, that hit on that ***** ass Burrows was a thing of beauty, icing on the cake. LA in 6.

You guys are absolutely going to love what Richards brings to your team in the playoffs, despite the fact that his regular season offensive numbers haven't been spectacular. This guy is an absolute beast come crunch time. I was heartbroken when my Leafs couldn't snag him from the Flyers. This, in my opinion, is the best individual playoff performance I've seen in a number of years, from the 2010 playoffs:
Key highlights are his early hit, obviously the first goal, the second assist and the hustle he shows on the empty netter assist. He was simply not going to allow the Flyers to do anything but win that game.
I love that physicality by Richards this series, but im a little worried about him getting a cheap shot. Bieska, Burrows, Lappy, and Booth im sure would all love to get a cheap blind side hit on him.
