So, just watching FS-D and was surprised to see this:
I could be reading way too much into it, but there's a 1950's-era throwback with a Winter Classic patch on it and it doesn't really make sense for it to be there. It could be fan made, but why would someone throw that patch on that jersey? And why would FS-D have it?
Not to be a pahty poopah but that looks exactly like one of the vintage collection wool sweaters you can buy for around $100. Like identical from what I can see down to the color, stitching, logo and neck shape. I have one and wear it weekly and this looks like one.
And correct me if I'm wrong but that crest on the top left looks identical to the Winter Classic logo used when we played at Wrigley Field. The NHL always changes logos for playoffs/outdoor games.
I think someone took a patch from 2009 (here) and a classic sweater (here) and hid the stripes on the arms.
Notice the placement of the bottom right patch. I can't tell if they look the same but why would a concept sweater even need a patch down there? That's typically put on afterward I think. IIRC the M&N Wings sweaters don't have patches there.
