Don't get retardedly drunk? I've gotten pretty blasted and have never woken up with a headache type hangover. The only thing I ever get is nausea for most of the morning if I puked the night before.
As basically everyone else said. After a solid night of drinking, when I finally arrive to the point that I am about ready to pass out, I can actually feel myself a little dehydrated already (by this time its around 2-3ish in the morning), and I automatically drink tons of water. I also usually wake up earlier than usual when I drink a lot because I can't sleep in, then have OJ or more water, and I then try to workout. I don't really have terrible hangovers because of this.
Also, I ALWAYS get the drunk munchies like crazy, so I eat a TON and that probably helps too. Either way though (most important to me), I always make sure if I know I am going to be drinking hard at night, not to have anything important to do the next morning.
Aspirin thins the blood, which will actually circulate the alcohol quicker than usual.
What you want to do is eat a meal before drinking and then regulate the amount of alcohol you take in. Keep yourself in that 'buzzed' state and break it up every couple hours with a break that includes a cup of water and maybe a light snack.
If you do that, then that rate of absorption will be such that you won't get 'drunk', but rather stay 'buzzed' the entire night.
Simple answer: regulation and knowing your limits.
Choices:
1. Hydrate before bedtime
2. Eat something to absorb some of the alcohol
3. Some type of medicine for headaches/pain
4. Don't get sober
5. Herbal remedies, California-style
