Sharks are in perfect position..
Underdog-check
steal game 1-check
Blues changing line-up(3 guys sitting)even after they outplayed us-check
Chance to be up 2 after 2-check

I think this game is huge for Blues..If the Sharks can withstand the first 10-12 minutes and even net a goal of their own Blues will be forced out of their comfort zone and we should win this game..

Snog alert- Sharks 3-2 in OT..Havlat,Burns,Patty.........Oshie,AP

This morning has been going slowly, still 4 and a half hours left until the game.

4-2 Sharks.

Thornton, Havlat(x2) and Clowe.

Berlund and Sobotka(he seemed to find some good spots in the last game so I don't dobt that he will get one soon).

I wish I had the CNBC feed. CSN's HD quality in STL is absolute garbage.

We lose 2-0.

Lucky AstroDan GDT! No SNOG, just win! We need Marleau to start doing more. Patty was less than impressive Thursday, if we want to win this series, Patty has to be leading the charge.

Joannette is senior. Joannette is an average skater, Pochmara good. One of the few pairs to resist the playoff trend of upping the call level.
Didn't Pochmara ref the second to last game vs LA? Hopefully he doens't feel the need to make up for the Clowegate miss.

game time cant get here fast enough. go sharks go.

the blues are goingto come out very strong in the first 10 minuets. the sharks need to be ready for the physicality and tempo of the game jumping up a notch or two b/c the blues are going to play desperate hockey.

it would be great if they take advantage and counter attack. that was something that was really lacking last game.

if the sharks are going to win tonight we need another great effort by nemo, we need to initiate more physical contact, and battle for every inch of the ice. Murray, Clowe, Havlat, Boyle, Thornton, and Couture will need to key in this game.

i am really hoping for a backes/thornton scrap. go sharks go!

SNOG
3-1 Sharks
CoutureX2, Pavs (everybodys is going to key in on Havlat tonigh and i can see a few assists for him, sauce anyone?)
Mcdonald

Blues 3-2. For them Backes, Berglund, McDonald. Jumbo and Boyle for us. Another really close game either in OT or a late winner in regulation.

Let the Blues worry about what they have to do. San Jose needs to play their game, their tempo, their style and no team in hockey can hang.
This SHARK team is pretty good at adjusting their style and sucking out a W when the other team forces us to play their game, when SJ forces them to play OUR game....

Get some!

GO SHARKS

Unless we go down by one, in which case, season over, blow up the team, etc. etc.

Go Sharks. I have a feeling St. Louis will win one in SJ so you gotta take two from them.

He'll, at least, take top D away from the rest of the lines, PK, PP time etc.... No worries.

I think one of the biggest areas for improvement could be in the face-off circle. There were a lot of times we didn't win key face-offs after icings, etc. that could have really helped us during game 1.
