I rewound to find out. Dude raised his arm as Backs was crossing the blue line just about. He was being kind of held up a little bit with a free arm, I guess.
In my book that's two weak calls plus one arguably weak call, and each one has been weaker than the previous one. The first one where Ovie got held a bit I am thinking about changing my mind about on further review.
