This is the bandwagon-est time of the year, so let's discuss reasons why switching allegiances is acceptable. Vote for all the alternatives you find tolerable / plausible.

You don't root for any other team, unless your team gets eliminated in the playoffs. If your team gets moved, I don't know what to do.
