1. (visiting goalie), (visiting goalie), (visiting goalie), "you suck."
2. Gene Honda: " Your Chicago Blackhawks are on the". Blackhawks fan: "Power Play".

the first chant is retarded. that's something my hockey team and i would do at a wolves game when we were like ten. chanting the goalie's name is great, but don't say "you suck" after. very minor league. makes us look look like amateurs IMO

"Detroit sucks!" is the most common one. I find it dumb that it is common, though. It is stupid when the Dead Wangs aren't on our ice.

You're probably too young to understand. There used to be a huge rivalry between the Hawks and Wings. It's a bit dormant now since both teams are kind of soft.

Maybe those are done by extremely small groups of people within the arena, but neither of those are universal chants like they are in Nashville.

We only have 2 universal chants: "Detroit Sucks!" and "Let's Go Hawks!" (other than chanting specific players names when they do something spectacular).
