Is there no discretion allowed in that call by the refs? Is it a mandatory game misconduct?

Not necessarily for this situation, but Dubinsky has always come off as the biggest baby to me and has been my most hated Ranger for years (that is hard to do).

Do you own a Gatorade cooler? If not, I don't think you have any right to make comments like this.

Nope, you're not the only one.
I completely get why he did it, and I support him 100%. And I'm not a Rangers fan.

Not sure. Maybe they consider it an altercation. I just think it's a dumb rule if they HAVE to throw him out. What is he supposed to do, just wait who knows how long for a linesman while his teammate gets pummeled?

Typical behavior from an immature idiot like Dubinsky. He needs to grow the hell up.

Are you kidding? You wouldn't be upset that you got kicked out of a playoff game for defending your teammate from getting mugged?
You don't know the first thing about a high-tensity game.

It was a terrible call but let's be honest here, it's just TOI for someone who has been more useful than Dubinsky in the last 8 months (everyone on the Rangers).

I love how people are calling him childish. Do you think he planned this? Its called impulse, he got kicked out in a playoff game within the first couple of minutes. And a lot of people don't think he should have been kicked out.
Its like some of you have never played organised sports.

Dubinsky hates electrolytes. You'd only know this if you were a Ranger fan. But he hates them just trust me on this one.

I love the reaction. If I'm a Ranger fan, I'm more concerned if he skates off as if he doesn't give a damn. He was sticking up for a teammate that was the victim of a cheap shot, and his reward? Essentially a one game suspension.
