Just wondering what fans of other teams think.

I'd prefer to stick with what we have right now.
But yes, he is a good coach and I would take him.

Would I want him as a coach? Yes, but not over Boucher.

No. He constantly has a dumbass smug look on his face and I'm happy with Claude.

exactly lol
He's stoic. I like that about him. But I think people confuse that with a lack of passion.
Ruff over Bylsma? Mmmmm yeah I'll keep Ruff I guess. Tough choice though.

Maybe?
I'd take him over Hunter on the Caps. Don't think he's an improvement over Babcock on the Wings though.
Why, let me guess you guys all hate him right about now?

Hell ****ing yes.
I think he's a top 3 coach in hockey, and his teams play agressive, physical hockey with a good PK. Sign me up any day of the week.

This.
He is one of the best coaches in the league, if not
the best.
Bylsma will not be going anywhere away from the Pittsburgh organization, even if they are swept in a dramatic fashion in the next 2 games.

Threads like this make it really hard to get mad at HF when other fans assume every Penguin fan on here was born after Mario's second comeback...

I'm happy with Laviolette, but I think Bylsma is a terrific coach. He's on my short list for best coach in the league.

He is a good coach, but I wouldn't take him over Lavy. I'm still waiting for Crosby and Malkin to be on the ice at the same time when Pitt needs a goal this series. The fact that he hasn't done that more given their recent struggles against the Flyers makes me skeptical of his ability to adjust.

Maclean is working wonders in Ottawa so no. But he is a very good coach. If he was fired by the Pens (and he won't be) he would have no problem at all finding a job.

Well, he won a cup so he's obviously doing something right I'd take him if my team had a vacancy.
