Also, that turnover by Augroin was similiar to the thousands he had donning the C here. There was a reason we moved him for the hot garbage that was Andrei Zyuzin.

1000000000% correct! Smith is now on my all time p()s list! But what he DIDN'T realize is how the hockey gods WILL get you as pay back!!!!

1) lol at all these jet fans rooting for us

2) if shaw gets suspended I'll have lost total faith in Shanahan. Total garbage

3) the 3rd line won't be broken up, nor should it be

4) Bolland has been fantastic all series. No points to show for it but he's effective whenever he has the puck and whenever he doesn't.

5) Crawford has been fantastic thus far. Very, very impressed with him

If Q starts listening to guys like you, he'll end up sitting in your living room, scratching his balls, and making useless complaints about the new coach.

Don't understand the Lepisto hate. Would like him back next year as our #7, and he's definitely better than Olsen is at this point.

I would rather see a bigger, more physical Olsen over SOD/Lepisto any flipping day of the week.

In regards to Shaw getting suspended, it was incidental contact in a hockey play where the goalie sold it something fierce. And Shaw was given a game misconduct so there is no reason why he should get any more than he already has been given in regards to suspension or time missed. Weber's play was not a hockey play, cracked a star player's helmet, and he received a $2500 fine. If Shaw gets fines that much it is total BS but that is probably what will happen.

This is the playoffs, where he becomes one of the most dominant players in the NHL.

Where are all the posters who wantn him gone during the season?

Last year, he played 4 games, yet ended up tied for 20th with a +6.

BTW, he got an assist in the 1st game.

If we don't re-sign Oduya, I have no problem with Olsen being the #6. Doesn't mean I don't want Lepisto as our #7. Give him some rope and hope he continues to progress into a solid NHL d-man, but if I needed to win one game tomorrow, Lepisto is who I'd have dressed.

Forgot about the Bickell assist. Bolland has really been playing like he's got a fire lit under his ass.

Great to see him do well.

I liked this game and now that we've won, I'm allowed to call out the refs for their bad officating.

That phanton call on toews that lead to their 1st PP Goal, the Shaw 5 minute BS, thats a 2 minute minor and nothing more. They missed a hooking on Krüger in the end where Krüger nearly scored on a 2nd chance.

Crawford shows why we paid him. I start to wonder if Frolik would do the same like last year.

Interesting to see how surprised people are to see Bickell playing well in the playoffs. Seems to me like he and Bolland only ever show up for the playoffs.

Hi. I'm hoping that two playoff games aren't clouding your judgement of his regular season. It was poor at best. But I remember last year's playoff series and so far in this one he's showing us some more of that magic. Honestly he should've gotten the trick last night.

I don't think the yotes played any better than the Hawks. Just their goalie. And the Hawks players know they are going to have to throw a lot of rubber at Smith. Considering we were on the road, I thought our play overall was above average. Which was good enough to win one, almost 2, of the games.

I do think Smiths numbers are better than he is... The Yotes don't give up many quality chances and he hasn't had many "Wow, what a robbery" saves so far

LOL! I'm going to go ahead and generously assume he meant two points as in the two goals he scored.

Very impressive. As a result, we tired them out and made them make stupid mistakes that led to goals. Aka, Aucoin and Vermette's blunder on the game winner.

The Phoenix area is made up of like 90% Midwest transplants, many of those past Chicagoans.

A few thoughts:

- Bickell was one of the best Hawks all night. Love to see him score the winner.
- Nice 3rd period and OT by Crawford with some clutch saves. Scarey at times, but still nice.
- The nominations are out and Smith has been nominated for 8 academy awards. Luongo only wished he could act that well.
- Hopefully Hawks are over the jitters, realize how lucky they are not be down 2 - 0 in this series, and bury these guys on home ice.

Lucic destroys Ryan Miller, gets nothing. And now Shaw may be suspended for this play? Totally ridiculous. I think it was pretty obvious that there was no intent there; he was trying to lean back and there was nowhere to go! ****ing nonsense.

Bolland has been outplayed by Bickell and Shaw. He has hardly had the puck, and was totally MIA for long stretches in the middle of last night's game.

It's so nice to be tied 1-1 coming back to Chicago. That means game 4 that I'll be attending will not be a sweep game! I was starting to get nervous last in the 3rd period last night.

Shaw will not get suspended. Smith didn't even come off the ice. After what Weber did and the garbage going on in the Rangers game, Shanahan has more than enough to worry about.
