Segs out Caron in, thats my bet.

Its been 2 games you dont scratch your best offensive player. If anything scratch Paille, put Peverley on Merlot and Caron with Krejci and Lucic

I don't expect Seguin to sit. The B's need goals and he is their most gifted offensive player.

Plus it would be pretty tough on the kid after leading the team in scoring to bench him after two games.

Really? You want to sit our most offensively talented player when the issue in the last two games has been generating some offense?

I've been far from thrilled with his overall performance, but the kid can snipe and this team needs a sniper right now. He needs to step up, but I don't even think about sitting him at this point.

I would also like to see Caron inserted into the lineup, we need his big body presence in order to win some puck battles. I just don't know who I would want out of the lineup, the bottom six have been playing well and taking out one of our struggling top line guys is too risky this point.

Marchand is the one struggling the most in the first two games IMO. Guys like Seguin and Peverley have been below average but not terrible. Krejci and 4th line A have been the best forwards. The entire defense and Timmy have looked great.

Anyone who says that Krejci has been one of our best forwards has clearly not been watching the games.

Why? Best forward in game 2 IMO. He looked really good out there.

You see that's the problem for me. Segs is Not generating offense, you have to fight and earn every inch you get, and to be frank he has been weak and unwilling to do that.

Yes he can "snipe" with the best of them but is he willing to take a beating to get to the "sniping" areas? Just dont think so, At least not yet.

Im all for planting Caron in front of the net.

And Peverley needs to get out of the Krejci line asap!

I haven't liked what I've seen from Seguin. He has shied away from contact. He has fallen down a ton and he has turned the puck over a good number of times. Tell this kid to wake up.

I don't think we have the depth to sit him, but something needs to be done.

In the end we will be fine... The guy that need to get it going is looch more than any other player, we go as he goes.

He has been way to gentle for my liking with this Caps D.

So let's just sit back and remember last year. Hell, bench them. They paid their dues. If they get 0 points, whatever. They did great last year. Why score another point when you scored the most last year? Why are we even in the playoffs? We won last year.

I think Marchand has been pretty dangerous and has been pretty much the only Bruin stirring **** up.

I saw someone mention Seguin's been falling down and turning it over all the time. This describes Marchand perfectly so far IMO. He's got to step his game up.

I dont think Marchand has been nearly as effective either. Ditto Seguin. Bergeron has been doing a fine job on the defensive side, but we need offense.

Wouldnt be shocked at all to see Seguin move to DK's line.
