If I'm Backstrom, and I'm on the conference call getting suspended for 1+ game, I'd go ******* and call Shanahan out exactly how you stated it.

Well, the revenge factor and clean record certainly worked for Michalek, no? I mean the guy wasn't even fined. I think these situations are pretty analogous. If Shanahan has even an ounce of honor, NB does not get suspended
It's amazing what a P.O.S Julienne is, lobbying for
Backstrom's suspension. Seems these guys would stoop to any level to win a series. They don't want to play the best, they would rather have another SC handed to them.
