Man, we are not lucky. And Schremp is having a good year.

Hopefully, he will be treated by the habs staff.

He'll be operated on then stay in a cast then go thru a long rehab.

On the bright side (there has to be a bright side?)... umm... hmmm... ok, I got it: On the bright side, at least in the event that he wasn't going to make Team Canada, we can avoid a big thread on how "Chipchura shouldda been there, not X".

Well, hopefully he'll re-hab ok and be ready for training camp next year with no lingering effects.

On the other side, people that were happy with the pick, will always have that excuse if he does not produce. Even the scouts have an excuse now.

A guy just wrote at the prospect board that chipper would be in a cast for 2 months and will have a 1 month rehab, and could be back after that.

Hopefully that's what unfolds..

His speed is probably going to be affected.

Damnit, how unlucky are we with our 1st picks.... One is a murderer, one is epilectic, one is stupid and the last one almost lost a foot. Sacrament Suzie.

Well, I hope he fully recovers.
