In the game yesterday, how to heck did he get away with knocking the glove away and igniting more fighting, after the first bouts were over? All he got was a 5 minute fighting major. There should have been at least 2 minutes for unsportsmanlike or a 10 minute misconduct for that. He then grabs Hartnel from behind to keep him occupied, which is fine, but then he starts ****ing on Hartnell from behind, which was crud and led to yet another fight with Hartnell and Adams. No way Sid doesn't get more than 5 minutes.

I look forward to the punishments that Asham and Neal are going to/should receive.

Crosby has just illustrated exactly why he may have talent in the world but he's so disliked in the hockey community. I thoroughly enjoyed him starting to throw punches at Giroux just when the linesman arrived to break up their hug fest.

If i was in charge i would give Asham 20 games Neal 10 games and Sid 5 games.

Sid didn't do anything suspension worthy lol. I hate the kid, he's a whiny baby, but nothing he did yesterday was suspension worthy.

Sid should've got a fine for yesterday's antics.

Between the glove knock (unsportsmanlike) plus post-game interview comments, and then the trying to start a fight with Hartnell while penalties were being assigned.

If that had been Avery doing it, you know he'd be looking at a fine or day off.

I'd have 0 issue with a fine. But a suspension like was suggested a few posts up is absurd.

You really think if Carkner kicked a stick or glove and yapped he would not get atleast 1 game.

Agree. At least an unsportsmanlike penalty afterwards. Something to draw attention and note it.

Exactly. It's not suspension worthy, but it shows a lack of respect for your opponent and when the game was as chippy and dirty as that game, the ref needs to set an example and get Crosby the **** off the ice.

Shanahan this playoff has reminded me about when Kang and Kodos took over Clinton and Dole's bodies.

Suspensions for all!

(BOOOOO)

OK...suspensions for some...small fines for others!!!

The truly ironic part is that Crosby set off a chain of events with the glove that ended up with Letang being tossed from the game. Timmomen went to, but Letang is much more crucial to the Pens. Hockey god intervention right there.
