Ah, yeah that wouldn't be any good.

Hopefully it is though, mapleleafs.com always has the highlights whether they're home or not, so I can't see it not being broadcasted at all. We'll find out though.

What a joke that Leafs TV doesnt carry these Marlies playoff games. Of course they have the playoff preview half hour before the game then air classic Leaf games LOL

(1) Cleveland vs. (6) San Antonio
(2) Toronto vs. (4) Abbotsford.
easy there not over yet..especially given the fact that the marlies could have lost the first 2 games

on a side note..i went to my first ever marlies game on saturday..nice to see a full house..albeit only 8000 fans but still it makes the game that much more enjoyable not seeing any empty seats...i was sitting right behind the net and i can vough that kadri's post to post shot completely crossed the line..i had the perfect angle on it..do they not have video review in the AHL? i could have sworn the arena announcer said the play was under review..guess not..but anyways..who cares just a moot point

They're not used to working this late in the season.

But without being able to watch it, how are we going to effectively judge Kadri in order to continue this neverending conversation of how amazing/terrible he is when kept off the score sheet?

Therein lies your answer, my boy! All HFBoard opinions are deduced from the score sheet

Why was Mueller out? I haven't been following the Marlies closely, but I know Mueller had a solid season.

I've been trying to figure that out myself. He did have a solid season, but I guess with the embarrassment of riches we have down there, something had to give. I suppose we could have swapped out a 4th liner for him, but he seems too good to play 7 mins a night or so.

i'm worried about Scrivens. he needs to play better than he has the first two games. i hope he pull himself together. if he can steal the game tonight the Marlies are laughing.

****! i noted after Saturday's game in this thread that Ashton didn't play any of the third after getting thundered from behind by Biega. Guess we know why now. that hurts but thank god for Marlies depth. I thought Ashton looked good in first game and 2 periods of 2nd playing with Colborne and Frattin. They really dominated the cycle game. I guess this is a chance for Mueller to draw back which is nice but ****, sucks that Ashton is concussed

Yeah it really sucks that Ashton is injured, I was looking forward to watching him progress in these playoffs. The good news as you say is we don't exactly have to rush him ( or be overly concerned) due to our depth. We can just let him recover.

Really.... they aren't covering this on TV? That's so god damn ridiculous. How much would it cost to pay Rochester for their feed? Or send our own TV crew. It's not like they're really that well done anyways. Wow..

Should look like this going into tonight

Kadri-Zigi-Hamilton
D'Amigo-Colborne-Frattin
Mueller-Dupuis-Deschamps
Rosehill-Acton-Scott

I've said this before and I'll say it again... Mark Owuya is the goaltender of the future for the Leafs. I want to see him get his shot in these playoffs. Scrivens will be nothing more than a journeyman backup, perhaps a good one like Biron at best. And Rynass has not progressed that well either. Owuya is the youngest and has looked great in his first year in NA this season.

Too bad about Ashton. It could just be precautionary since we have other bodies that can step in. Still, you never want to hear the word concussion. This is where the depth pays off.

It's a bit more complicated than that I'd say.

Rochester hasn't televised any of their games from what I understand, so there's probably nothing setup in terms of cameras and satellites.

I'm sure MLSE would love nothing more than to broadcast it back to Toronto but hard to blame them at all.
