Man if I was that Rochester player I would've punched Kadri right in the face, you can't let an opposing player mock your team and your crowd like that LOL But anyway great goal, he better not do that sort of thing next year with the Leafs or he's going to have his head taken off.

He said in the interview that he was getting heckled by some fans in the penalty box. If you watch his celebration, you can see it is directly towards the fans behind the penalty box.

Really, have you punched anyone in the face before?

After I saw that interview I realized it as well. That's awesome haha! Kadri seems to thrive off of the "haters" and seems to come up clutch when people are doubting him.

That's a good quality to have in this town. When he's a full-time Leaf next year, the Toronto Sun will be all over him (for whatever reason). Similar to Kessel and his infamous scoring "droughts" which only Phil Kessel ever suffers from.

I honestly can't wait until he gets a full-time spot. A full season in the NHL is what he needs! Start to finish!

Looks like we are playing the Oklahoma City Barons. Best team in the West. Tough challenge for the Marlies. I hope we can advance.

He's going to get a lot more of that ^^ if he is calling out the fans of other teams and their players after scoring goals.

edit: also notice that the stats from nhl.com that everybody says prove Kadri is 188 also lists Geoffrion as 190...lol

If Kadri punched someone in the face because of excessive celebration, how would that be received here?

Best chance is the Marlies playing Abbotsford next round.

(2) vs (4) Seed.

(1) Oklahoma will play:

Winner of Abbotsford/Milwaukee

If Chicago Wins Series vs. San Antonio

If San Antonio Wins Series against Chicago, (1) Oklahoma will play (6) San Antonio.

San Antonio is up 2 games to 1 right now.

If San Antonio Wins against Chicago, Toronto Plays Winner of Abbotsford/Milwaukee next round. Abbotsford is up 2-0 with a chance to win at home tonight.

And then take a roughing penalty and the Marlies/Leafs score on you.

I like how Kadri gets under the opponents skin. Armstrong was supposed to be that guy but it never panned out.

What is his fight card like?

He was the Leafs' leading scorer in the 196364, 196667 and 196970 seasons, and the team's top goal scorer in 197071 and 197273. Keon was considered one of the fastest skaters in the NHL, and one of the best defensive forwards of his era.[3] He would usually play against the opposing team's top centre, and developed a reputation for neutralizing some of the league's top scorers. In 197071, he scored eight shorthanded goals, setting an NHL record.

Why does that matter? You can be an agitator and draw penalties without needing to fight every time.

HAHA, that's awesome, Keep it coming Nazem, hope he sticks around with the big club next year for a full-season. Hes deserves a full-time spot. Love his game and He is a cocky player in a good way a la Hunter Shinkaruk(top WHL draft eligible forward in next year's draft).

It's not like he was celebrating scoring a goal in an 8-0 blowout with 30 seconds left on the clock, lol. There were circumstances that led to that particular celebration and looking at the big picture, I think it's great to see a player who is able to channel his emotions in a way that makes things happen. If he wants to pat himself on the back a bit then I don't see a problem with that. It's not like he did one of those weird celebrations where he skates with his stick between his leg
