He looks slow to me but last night he was hitting people, something he rarely does. He's also been great on the pk along with everyone else. Hopefully he'll get better for the next round. A week off would be a huge help.
time off will def help Carter. team needs him and he is a bit off. for starters they should keep him off the PK with his injury. deep bruise in the ankle/foot and he's on the PK, which calls for a guy to sacrifice and block shots.....totally stupid imo

personally it doesn't bother me. i like the national pride side of it. it's one of the things that makes the NHL unique. it truly is an international league/game. only the MLB can compare when it comes to this.

i've been stuck without Bob and Jim since the start. was in DET for game one and only had HNIC from Windsor. NBC coverage in Chicago has had the HNIC team.....no Bob and Jim just sucks. the NBC broadcasts are so over the top VAN its disgusting. all about what/why the Ca****s are losing, nothing on why LA is winning.

always liked kesler, last night was the final straw. reminds me of T linden and i always respected linden even though he played for VAN. that crap last night was just sick. dude should be embarassed for himself. if im a ref at this point i wouldn't give him any call. only call im making involving him is for unsportsmanlike conduct.
I've been following Sabolic and Jelic(??) (Playing for Sodertalje in Sweden) how were they doing? and the defender Gorenc? I can not recall their namnes at the moment. pamet!
Thank you for sharing that, and didn't Mitchell get the penalty on that play?
Ref was right there? Just atrocious officiating.
I personally believe that they shouldn't call diving if there actually was a penalty. On that play, Mitchell cross checked him, so that call was legit. I would just leave the diving calls to where there is no actually penalty. That's a much bigger infraction in my view, even though Vancouver's conduct is truly pathetic.
That said, if they started keeping tracks of dives and suspending players a game once they reached the magic number, that would cut most of this nonsense out.
Talk about an ambush. He's got to know that hit could be coming though. He's a good player stuck on a diving team. Took the hit like a man though and was up front about the fact that it was clean. Gets points in my book for that.

Jeglič scored the first goal. Sabolič had the asist for that goal. You mean Blaž Gregorc? I didn't really notice him. Here are the highlights.
Yes, of course Gregorc and by the way lol at 5:05 and GB was ripped on a goal. Rodman is also playing in Sweden but there are two of them and I'm not sure which one is the better one.
I am loving watching Quickie stop pucks. The way he is gobbling everything in sight of him, shutting down Canucks plays, his movements, his positioning -- it is just a thing of beauty right now.
I am exactly who you think I am, I have been lurking for a couple years. But, being on the east coast has made it very difficult to keep up with you misfits.
Welcome back ...now I'm supposed to write something clever but it doesn't come to me. It must be the happiness being up 3-0.

I was surprised. Ever since he went down easy in game 1, Sedin has been quietly trying to get the Canucks back on track legitimately. He does get points from me for knocking it off and playing hockey, taking the hit, calling it clean, and getting up and trying to win the game without any antics. I'm impressed.
In that moment, with him on the ice, dazed looking into the boards, I actually felt bad for him, and I never thought that would occur watching any Sedin ever.

Marcel was drafted from Boston(2001 9 round) and played two seasons in OHL but was lately injured alot. This year he played for Vienna. David had good year in Oskerhamn.
What a effin joke that is! What the heck is Foxsports showing not to televise these playoff games! Pathetic! Bob miller deserves better! I'm freakin pisssed as hell!
Angel, Dodger, Laker, and Clipper games.
It's total BS! So people miss a few regular season baseball games, BFD!

agree yet again. further more...why is a regular season Laker game getting priority over a Kings playoff game is beyond me. they know the quick change/two games in a day format is absolutely brutal for the ice. swap the games so the ice is better. sure some people would *****, but field the better product. which in this case would be a NHL po game with ice that hasn't been through the likes of slushy machine.
