Well, the seven people that correctly predicted five games are going to all be at least half-right....

Dov-Grumet Morris is a pretty solid AHL tender, mainly because he's trying to prove something most of the time.

He played some games for Milwaukee in 2007-08. He was good without being another Hasek.

He just turned 30, GMR.

Did I read those attendance figures for Games 3 and 4 correctly? Only 1781 for Game 4? Seems rather uncharacteristic for Chicago.

I noticed the same thing, and 4500 and 9400 (IIRC) for San Antonio's home games. Geez, what are we, a hockey town?

Pretty sure Game 4's crappy attendance had alot to do with the fact no one knew if it would even happen until Game 3 finished. That left ~20 hours before the next game started to make plans for that night.

It was so smart for the wolves to take three home games during the week instead of the first two home games that would have been a weekend. They would have had 2 weeks to market the game, somewhat large home but no some idiot in the organization thought starting with two on the road to a team you had not beaten during the regular season this year was a good idea......

I think attendance and results would have been different.

You make some good points. It is hard to get large attendance in the AHL in Round 1. SA seemed to have the Wolves number this season, I am not sure that flipping the games around would have made much difference in the outcome. Chicago might have increased the attendance, but when you get 1800 out of 9 million, people aren't paying attention or they are busy with something else.
