Milwaukee was 3-0-0-1 against Abbotsford in the regular season outscoring them 16-7. Not that it means anything in the playoffs.

I think this series goes 5. I can't decide who will win.

One game was 8-3. The others total 8-4 Milwaukee. Ads in 4 not so easy games.

Milwaukee played poorly and took too many stupid penalties in the second period, most by Ford. The Heat got away with goaltender interference in the second period (their 4th goal) and boarding in the third period.

The refs weren't the reason the Admirals lost the game, but they let a lot of cheap shots by the Heat go uncalled. Sunday's game may be a high scoring wide open game or the second brawl of the season. I hope that the AHL sends two good refs to replace #42 Darcy Burchell and #19 Tim "What happened?" Mayer for Sunday.

This Heat team is alot different than when they played the Admirals early in the year.

They finally have a healthy roster and the Flames don't have a chunk recalled, plus I don't believe Taylor faced the Admirals this season.

Heat now have the longest winning streak in the AHL, it's time for them to make it 9 in a row today

Stick a fork in Milwaukee! Down 0-2 going on the road for 3 after losing @ home 4-2:

Milwaukee played better, but still lost 4-2. They had so many looks at open nets that it was crazy. The puck would hop over a stick 10 feet from the net, or the pass would make the player turn away from the net etc. Big fat rebounds or passes would go through the slot or crease and no Admiral would be there to tap it in.

Down 0-2 and the next three games on the road is an almost impossible hill to climb. I honestly think that a different coach could have gotten more out of this team, maybe win 1 or 2 rounds. Ian Herbers may be on his way out, but that it just my opinion. He seems too passive and he doesn't seem to have the answers to the Admirals shortcomings, like bad passing and a PP that doesn't shoot the puck on goal. The team was way too streaky this year. Win a bunch early in the season, lose a bunch in January and February, win in April, lose in the playoffs. As a STH, I don't understand the how or why. Most of these same guys having been playing since Jan 1.

GMR was correct. Game 3 was more of the same. Milwaukee took some stupid penalties and fell behind 2-0 in the game. They tied it up in the second period. The Heat scored a goal in the third period. Milwaukee pulled Jeremy Smith and gave up an ENG for the third game in a row. The final score was 4-2.
