no, not necessarily. If you go to the ER after a car accident and complain of whiplash symptoms they will xray you, but that's really about all they can do in the ER. If you have severe radicular symptoms they can give you an MRI and admit you, but that's only in very severe instances where the pain is unbearable.
Otherwise, a typical ER visit will include some x-rays and then they will send you on your way with some scripts for pain killers and anti inflamatories and they'll tell you to follow up with your own doctor in a few days.
If you are sped through the process (cause you're a celebrity) you could be in and out in an hour easily.
I guess that sounds reasonable. It was worth a shot.
Really scummy what happened to Hossa. I'm not a fan of his nor the Hawks, but it was complete BS and I think Hossa could have helped turned the series around for you guys. It's just unbelievable how the Torres keeps doing this crap. When he injured Milan Michalek on purpose playing for the Oilers in 2006 it changed the whole series. I swear he lives to do this kind of ****. I wish he was banned from the NHL for life there's no place for this trash in hockey.
So yeah condolences from a Sharks fan. Torres didn't get **** for that. I would have much rather seen them actually beat you with Hossa in the lineup. Pathetic. What's more sad is there's Coyotes fans proud of what he did..
