I hope every Kings player is looking to pummel the woozy Sedin. Make him rethink his decision. I don't want him to be hurt. I just want him to be hit, hard. Really hard. About as hard as you can hit somebody without injuring them. That is how hard I want him to be hit. Got it? Do it!

I want the kings to finish every cheque this way. Once Henrick came back last gaem he really wasnted tested physically. I thnk he stayed out of harms way. Smart on the kings nto to go out of their way to hit him and take a penalty.
The Kings were not outplayed in Game 2. Sorry, they had a fairly early two goal lead that ballooned to three goals and they protected it on the road. That and the person counting shots in the 3rd period of Game 2 was quite generous to the Canucks.
In Game 3 the Canucks had the advantage territorially, but almost all the shots came from the outside. The Kings controlled the pace of the game in their own zone, and the Kings had more quality scoring chances than the Canucks did.
I agree. That's some serious revisionist history for those claiming the Kings were outplayed in Game 2. I never felt the Kings were threatened in the 3rd period of that game. I was absolutely shocked when they showed the shot totals, because other than Richards batting at the puck with his glove and giftwrapping a goal to the Nucks in garbage time, there wasn't anything of substance going on.
Of course, I'm still terrified because I'm a lifelong Kings fan and that comes with the territory, but these guys seem different. Players who have had success elsewhere. Sutter doesn't have the taint of former King heartbreak on him. Tonight's game will go a long way in proving that this team has turned a corner.
I'm gettin off work here in a while and makin my way to the game. I feel shaky and my palms are sweating and I think I have an cardiac . I'm so ****ing nervousr I think I'll drink a pint of wild turkey before I enter the building and chase it down with another one inside.
This can't be good for my health.
I feel the same. Not heading out for a couple of hours, but I haven't accomplished anything all day. Been researching the same issue with no progress for the last 4 hours. Damn you, playoffs!
Everyone is talking about Richards and Brown throwing a big hit on Sedin. Watch it be Stoll lol.
I think it's because we're looking for guys on our team who will throw a legal big hit on Sedin . Stoll is bound to do it and get suspended for like 2 games afterward.
If Stoll gets the hit, things will get messy fast and he will be castigated as the next Keith, as well as suspended indefinitely. That guy knows nothing about grit and doesn't know how to properly hit, or even properly skate for that matter...

Canucks are trolling the Kings (and their fans) with this Daniel bull****. From what I hear the guy hasn't even taken any contact in practice. No way we're seeing Daniel in this game tonight.

Where have you heard this?
If it's true than they canucks would be dumb to play him, they need to think long-term. The Pens didn't play Crosby in last years playoffs.
Ian Laperriere came back to soon to play in an important playoff game and it likely cost him his career.

The Mayor said he watched practice yesterday and he took no contact. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets limited minutes tonight. Then again he takes 1 big hit and boom his night maybe over.
The D. Sedin stuff has to be a ruse for the media/Kings and utilized as a morale boost for the Canucks to have him around the team and in the building. I just can't imagine them risking him like this in the actual game, he has to be on the sidelines. He hasn't been in full-contact practice and was just a week ago was skating less than an hour and still experiencing symptoms. There is no way he is cleared to play or that they would risk his health, career, and future quality of life.

I think it would make sense for them to bring him in as a moral boost. But from what i heard his was in a full practise with booth and H Sedin. If he wasn't playing would they not have had that actual line practice together?
