Per flakov Ellerby is out. Dineen is cautiously optimistic on Garrison.
Do NOT underestimate what Garrison means to the O of the team.

Very important game. The winner gets only one away from the series, and the loser hopes for a game 7. Big stakes.

Love the "magic number is 2" title!
How many games before we clinched did we have the same magic number 2?
Well, like many have said, in some ways whatever happens now is gravy.
But we can still exceed expectations...

While I agree with you sentiment, it must be noted: this team, if it is to succeed, it will not not take the path of least resistance. It will come after a long overtime, or a game 7, or maybe even a rally after being down in the series 3-2. Nothing comes easy for these guys.

Completely off topic, but did anyone go see Rammstein tonight? They kicked so much ass.

I didn't go but yes they are killer.
That awkward moment when Rammstein plays "Amerika" in... America. Did they?

Great article on our team. Looks like Jose is starting and should stick unless he has a meltdown. Appreciate what Clemm did for us in his short stint. That game 3 comeback couldn't have been more important and we couldn't have done it without him.

This! If Garrision is out, I am glad we have Strachan available. We might even use him next season if Garry does not resign. I hope he does though.

From the article:
"We learned from this game we have to play the full 60 minutes," said Tomas Kopecky. "At the beginning of the third period we let down. You have to be relentless on both sides.
You just now learned this?! I wish the guys would read HF...we've been saying this ALL YEAR!
I hope the guys come out on fire tonight. I want to win Round 1! We can do it! LGP!!!!!

If there is ever a game to win, its tonight. We cannot go down 3-2 hitting the road for Game 6. We are home, take care of business tonight, get up 3-2 in the series and then go for the kill. I want to see a start like in Game 2, but a full 60 minute effort like that. Absolutely must win this game. LETS GO CATS!!!!

of course lol. The only real awkward parts were when the singer let the audience sing some of the words. Lol

We need the early/midseason theo. If he plays well, everything else will fall in place.
Which Marty or Theo shows up decides tonight.

Ah, what's wrong with Bergy? Flash played the last game after missing practice that day. Hope both are into night. 8 hours til the puck drops.

Both GR and Harvey posted after that initial tweet that Bergy was on the ice. Also Garrison will take the pregame skate and a determination will be made at that time about whether he plays tonight
