I think it might have counted. I'm just thinking out loud here, but let's say the clock guy delays the start of the clock by, say, two tenths of a second, and they score with one tenth of a second left on the clock. Is it still a goal? I bet it is. Is there some number of seconds the clock guy gets before they'd review it? Or is the clock guy the official arbiter of how long the game lasts? I need to find this out at some point. That was scary.
