Come on Alice Cooper!

We have to split the series and I see us winning tomorrow. We dominate in all stats, minus the shots. This is ours to lose.

How ironic with all the Vancouver bashing we have done we are using moments from the Canucks to bash the Blackhawks.

Because the Hawk fans hate VanCity more than everyone else in the league put together.

Still hurts me to think that we were 5.5 seconds away from a 2-0 series lead..... 5.5 bleeping seconds.

I think thursday is our best chance for a W but it will make a long week. Sunday I felt like I just found my high school sweetheart in bed with a cool kid. Still feel that way today but I feel like a rebound chick will happen in chicago.

Personally, I blame the fans who wore red instead of the white as asked. You can't be pissing off hockey gods and think its cool.

That being said, I'm feeling better about these games than the first two. We're at least taking one if not both.

Me too! I'm so glad you said this, I thought the loss was solely my doing.

One thing I noticed was the Coyotes won 6 straight going into game 2. They were due unfortunately and their play showed it in the last 1/2 of each playoff game.

Yep. I predicted a loss but it doesn't hurt any less. I was just six seconds from being so blissfully wrong.

All of the series that are tied 1-1 all had the road team win Game 3. Hopefully the Coyotes can continue that trend.

If it weren't for the injury issues, I'd be feeling good about this one. I think the Hawks are going to be feeling a little too high. Like maybe they chalk game one up to a fluke and a hot goalie. Like they feel they should be 2-0 heading back home to wrap this thing up. Like they get too comfortable and take things for granted.

Meanwhile the Coyotes should be PISSED. Just beyond fired up and come out ready to kill.

This game is on CNBC right? I can finally watch this series on the TV instead of having to deal with annoying pop-ups that say "SINGLE AND LONELY? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?"- It's too real.

Im sure it is but since my templete isn't going to be copied over to the general section then I don't need to be neutral let alone make it all fancy.

Apart from the basics that always apply--"Coyotes hockey" and so on--there's really only one tactic available to blue-collar teams facing skilled teams. And that tactic, naturally, is force. Brute force. And the infliction of pain--memorable pain, sinew-masticating pain, pain vivacious to the point of irreverence. The players won't come out and say it, but if you look at some of the more well-traveled cliches on the subject, it's easy to read between the lines:

"We just need to take away their time and space." = "We're gonna hit 'em!"

"If we stick to our game and be physical, we'll give ourselves a chance to win." = "We're gonna hit 'em again!"

"Everybody has to chip in and do their part. If we can get everybody contributing, we'll be in great shape." = "You guys better keep hitting 'em!"
